Call For Applications: ByBit and AltSchool Africa Scholarships 2025 for 1,000 Africans.
Just three months after teaming up with Binance to offer 500 tech scholarships, AltSchool Africa is now partnering with Bybit to help 1,000 young Africans learn valuable digital skills.
According to the announcement, selected applicants will join AltSchool Africa’s Diploma program, where they can study:
- Software Engineering
- Data Analytics
- Product Management
In addition to technical training, they will also receive:
- Mentorship
- Career counseling
- Hands-on project experience
This program aims to equip students with the skills they need to succeed in the tech industry and make a meaningful impact.
A Commitment to Tech Education
AltSchool Africa CEO, Adewale Yusuf, sees this partnership as more than just a scholarship program. He emphasized that it represents a shared mission to equip young Africans with the skills they need to drive progress in the digital economy.
Bybit’s Head of Africa, Joshua Yau, also stressed the importance of investing in people and how technology can be a powerful force for positive change.
Bybit’s COO, Helen Liu, echoed this message, emphasizing that education is crucial for creating opportunities. She noted that partnering with AltSchool Africa and launching the Bybit Academy are important steps in preparing African talent for the future.

ByBit and AltSchool Africa Scholarships Eligibility
To qualify for the scholarship, applicants must:
- Score at least 85% on AltSchool Africa’s entrance assessment
- Be an African citizen
- Be willing to represent Bybit as an ambassador
- Commit to completing the program
- Submit an essay (1,000 words or less) explaining their journey and how the scholarship will help them achieve their goals
Applicants who meet these requirements can apply for the Bybit Academy scholarship at AltSchool Africa by visiting the Scholarships tab on the application portal.
